If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please reply to the order confirmation email with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Steps to Return an Item
Reply to the order confirmation email to let us know the reason for return. If the item arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage in your email.
Send the item back to us in the original packaging if the packaging is not damaged. Detach and include the bottom portion of the order form, the part labeled “Return.”
Ship the item using the method you prefer. It is best to use a tracking number. We will credit you a standard $25 cost of shipping with your refund.
